The Cobra rotor was a reasonable alternative until the 350Z track rotor became available. Aside from the bolt pattern, the Cobra rotor isn't a very good match for the 300zx. The centerbore diameter is too big, the rotor is thinner than stock (28mm vs 30mm), and the rotor offset moves the caliper outboard (towards the curb) 10.5 mm. More than likely you'll need to use spacers so the spokes will clear the calipers.
The centerbore diameter and thickness of the 350Z track rotor are identical to the stock rotors. It does have a 5 mm offset compared to stock, but it's half the offset of the Cobra rotors so you stand a better chance of not needing spacers.
IMO there's no comparison between the two, the 350Z rotor is a better match hands down. However if you don't NEED the larger rotors you may be more than happy with new stock-sized slotted rotors and some more aggressive brake pads. That's your call.
